CLICK HERE TO LIST YOURSELF IN THE NORTHAMPTON ALUMNI DATABASE NORTHAMPTON HIGH SCHOOL CLASS OF 1962 5OTH GRADUATION PARTY Greetings from your class committee. We are making arrangements for a festive weekend in 2012 to get together in Northampton to dance a bit, enjoy food and drink, but most of all to share stories and adventures from the past 50 years. The plans are for the days of Friday 21 September and Saturday 22 September 2012. Friday 21 September we have booked the Elks Club in Florence for a cocktail party with light snacks provided by one of the area's top caterers. People may want to group up for dinner in Hamp or in Florence. Saturday 22 September we are signed on to the Florentine Room at the Bluebonnet for a buffet dinner with socializing and dancing. Our choices for venues were somewhat limited due to the state of the economy and our desire to provide a reasonably priced reunion. The choices were also based on positive comments from other classes who have used both the Elks Club and The Bluebonnet. The Depot is closed, the Country Club is in foreclosure and The Hotel is quite pricey. We are not asking for funds at this point, nor are we taking reservations. We are checking our address list, gathering e-mail addresses, and giving you an opportunity to reserve the dates of 21 and 22 September 2012.
